How to Use This Tool

Add a Column

  1. Click the Add Column button at the top.
  2. Enter a title and choose an icon.
  3. Click Add Column and it will appear instantly.

Add a Task

  1. Click the Add Task button under your chosen column.
  2. Fill out:
    • Task title
    • Optional description
    • Priority (High, Medium, Low)
    • Assignee name (optional)
  3. Click Save Task.

Assign Tasks

  • Add a name when creating or editing a task
  • Assigned tasks are highlighted with a teal border
  • Assignee information is displayed on the task card

Move Tasks

  • Click and hold the task card.
  • Drag it to the target column.
  • Drop it there.

Rearrange Columns

  • Click and hold a column header
  • Drag the column to a new position
  • Drop it between other columns

Edit or Delete Tasks

Click the edit button to change a task.
Click the delete button to remove it.

Reset the Board

Click the Reset Board button to clear everything and return to the default setup.

Your Data Is Safe

This board automatically saves your tasks and settings in your browser. Even if you close the page or browser, your tasks will still be there next time you return.
